    Mussels in White Wine

    Mussels in a white wine sauce is definitely my absolute favorite way to cook and eat mussels. It’s so easy and tastes oh so delicious. Here’s the recipe I used to cooked these mussels and it only took about 15 mins including prep time. Ingredients: 2 cups white wine 4 large shallots, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 teaspoon salt 2 pounds mussels 1/4 cup chopped parsley 6 tablespoons butter Directions: Rinse and scrub mussels under cold running water.
