How the Keto diet worked for me… until it didn’t
The Keto diet is a low to no carb diet while intaking high fat and an adequate amount of proteins. I know, how do you lose weight by eating fat?! Let me tell you, this was one of my favorite diet. I could eat all the bacon I wanted, all the cheese I wanted, but I couldn’t eat bread or rice. That was kind of ok because I just made tons of keto bread (Oopsie bread) and made lots of cauliflower as replacements for rice and pizzas. I’ll post some of my favorite recipes below. Fall in Houston
It’s fall, but it’s also Houston. We’re still here wearing shorts and tanks while other cities and states are bundled up in jackets and scarves. Favorite Thanksgiving recipes
Eek! Thanksgiving is this week! I love prepping and cooking for a big Thanksgiving dinner. In my family, I’m usually the designated planner. So if Thanksgiving were to be hosted at my parent’s house, I got to cook basically everything! I love it! Here are some of my favorite basic recipes. Fave fall day-to-night outfit
It’s finally starting to feel like fall here in Houston, Texas. Last year, we got a whooping 2 weeks of cold weather. I was so sad because I went on a shopping spree for fall/winter clothing but I never got to wear them!
