Warehouse 72

Warehouse 72 opened up late 2019, so right before the pandemic. From then, they’ve been struggling to keep business afloat. They’re a branch off of the famous Spaghetti Warehouse but only carry a few of the recipes. They’re located in the Marq-E center right behind the Dave & Busters. Chef came out and talked to me and explained that the design of the restaurant resembles a rebirth of their previous concept. Walking in you see the globes with the lights & bronze clouds on the side giving it an angelic touch. Throughout the restaurant, there’s light that represents the starry night. There’s these trees in front of the open kitchen that represents the Tree of Life. Throughout the restaurants, there’s these beautiful murals as well.

We started off with some drinks. My favorite was the Moscow mule. Chef brought out some delicious appetizers! We started off with the fried house made mozzarella. This was super unique as the cheese is made in house and tossed in a delicious batter. We also tried the carpaccio, broiled oysters and charred octopus. All of which were great! I especially loved the oysters and octopus.

Onto the pastas and entrees. Chef recommended the Truffle Angel Hair & Mac and Cheese with Maple Pork Belly, so of course we had to get that. We added some shrimp and scallops to the Truffle pasta and it did not disappoint! You can definitely taste the truffle in it. As for the Mac and Cheese, the pork belly was cooked perfectly! There was a nice sweet glaze on top that went so well with the cheese. For the entrees, we tried the lamb chops, sous- vide pork chops, salmon, and seafood risotto. All of these dishes were phenomenal! Flavoring on each of these dishes were perfect. We happened to go on a Thursday which is steak night, so we were able to try the steak of the night! A delicious 30 day dry aged steak with a delicious butter sauce on top. They have steak night every Thursday in which they curate a different steak rather than just a cheaper steak deal. For example, one week, they had filet with a fried oyster on top and a sauce! They also have fun events every once in a while! In the past, they’ve had Trivia night with Bob Wall, Flower crown class, and even a Daddy Daughter Date night where they had a magician come out! I think these events are so much fun and perfect for family night or date night! We ended the night with some delicious frozen s’mores! The food was definitely delicious, service was great, ambiance was perfect so I will definitely be coming back! Are you going to check it out? Let me know!
