Bun Rieu just like your mama’s
Omg. Seriously when I posted the videos of me making bun rieu on instagram, I did not think so many people would care. But I got sooooo many responses from it, and so many people asking me for the recipe! And in case you don’t know what bun rieu is, it’s a Vietnamese noodle soup dish. The dish usually contains noodles, crab and shrimp meatballs, tomatoes and fried tofu topped with lots of veggies. Heading into Spring
I can’t believe we actually had a winter this year! A couple weeks of cold weather is better than the five days we got in 2017 + it snowed TWICE this season. Be excited! Snowfall
This shoot was soooo much fun! Surprisingly I was not cold, but my feet were since I was wearing boots into the snow. (Should have stuck my hot feet in my boots ahead of time). Anyways, we were walking around to find trees with a bunch of snow on it. My boyfriend would then kick the tree so that the snow would fall (lol!) Up on the rooftop
So our Airbnb was on the 4th floor, so I saw the hatchet door leading to the roof and decided to climb the ladder and check it out. Yay for views and fresh snow. Winter Wonderland
I went to Breckenridge, CO to play in the snow and I guess I brought it home to Houston, TX 😉 Although the snow is pretty, I rather it not snow all the time here. Merry Christmas
